Industrial Process Systems (IPS) was set up in 2002 by David Hetherington, our Managing Director.
IPS provide electrical and mechanical engineering support for industrial processes.
We install electrical equipment and cabling for food manufacturers, oil and gas processing companies, aircraft manufacturers and utility companies. Clients include Coca-Cola, Dale Farm, Glanbia, Siemens, Bombardier and Northern Ireland Water.
Seventy-five percent of our turnover is repeat business, and we tend not to lose clients.
According to them, our top three qualities – the reasons they keep coming back – are:
1. The technical competence, experience and industrial awareness of our staff.
We know how critical and costly your industrial processes are, so we don’t take risks with them or cut corners, and we won’t shut your processes down by doing something wrong.
2. Our integrity and values.
We have strong principles and keep true to them. We know that our clients, suppliers, employees and partners judge us by our actions and not just our words.
3. Providing good value for money, but not in a “cheap and nasty” way.
Rather, we work with you to find the right technical solution to meet your needs – safely and reliably – at a price that you can afford.
IPS working for you
IPS do cutting-edge work in Northern Ireland, Ireland, mainland Britain and continental Europe. Recent projects include electrical installations in cheese manufacturing facilities; and wiring industrial modules (skids) for an offshore oil platform and a trans-continental gas pipeline.
